These include a basic checklist style, a simple graphical report, and a more advanced custom report, all these allow you to quickly generate detailed inspections. ChimSoft even allows you to classify and save blocks of text that you use often, so with only a few clicks you can have a 5 page inspection report ready to present to a customer, including pictures. |
Scheduling

ChimSoft includes an extremely powerful scheduling tool. At a glance you can see all of your sweep's schedules, and with a double click on the date and time you want, you can easily add an appointment. ChimSoft even lets you select a customer and it will automatically fill in all the name, address and time information for you. Changing and moving appointments is as easy as click and drag. |  |
Mapping

There are quite a few powerful mapping functions built-in. Don't spend time typing in a bunch of addresses on MapQuest, ChimSoft let's you pull in a customer's address with one click, and you can map out your entire day. Combined with Microsoft MapPoint, you can even find nearby places to eat, minimizing your trips and saving you gas. |
Application Integration
ChimSoft works nicely with many of the software applications you already own. You can import your estimates from ChimSoft into QuickBook's invoices easily, create Mail Merges in Microsoft Word from the ChimSoft database, and more.
